About Our Association

Our organization is a Florida non-profit corporation established to promote and maintain the general welfare of residents living in the Menendez Park and San Jose Forest neighborhoods. We are not a Home Owner’s Association (HOA) with rule-making authority for residents. Our intention is to promote constructive neighborhood communication about issues affecting us all and to advocate for the common good. We are a voice with our representatives including St. Johns County Commissioners, Planning and Zoning Agency Board members; and with others serving our neighborhood such as the St. Johns County Sheriff’s office and Florida Power and Light.

We are a Registered Neighborhood Association of St. Johns County and a member of the St. Johns County Civic Association Roundtable.
